Any of the regular meetings may include a session that is closed to the public as allowed in Section 10-15-1, Subsection H, NMSA 1978. Agenda's are available 24 hours prior to the meetings and may be obtained by calling the City Clerk's Office during normal working hours at 832-4406.
If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other forma of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the City Clerk at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.
